We at PrintMont aim to provide you the best experience while you shop with us online. We inspect every item for accuracy and quality before it is shipped to you.
Once an order is placed it will be immediately sent for production, hence a cancellation request will not be accepted after placing an order. If you feel that there is a wrong print, damage or broken product delivered, you may request for a quick exchange for the same item, or full refund. All requests should be made within 24 hours of delivery. In the situation when we will not being able to deliver all or part of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment.
Online refund will be credited directly through the mode from which the customer had paid the money. Once processed by PrintMont, a refund might take 7 to 10 working days to reflect in customer’s account. For an offline refund, the customer must share bank details. It might take 7-10 working days.
PrintMont is not responsible and does not refund for cases where items are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer and unsuccessful delivery arises when the recipient refuses to accept the delivery or recipient not being present at the time of delivery.
Before placing an order please double check your personalization details for spelling, e.g. name, address, message, dates, etc. For any personalization related query, just go to help centre or send us an email for a quick reply at email@example.com
We also have the right to cancel the customer’s request of refund for an inappropriate image, poor image quality and for wrong spelling entered by the customer, which will be notified to the buyer.
